Ms. Kristin Rice

Kristin Rice joined the Cooper Dual Language Academy staff in January 2011 as a preschool deaf and hard of hearing teacher. She has been at Cooper for 5 years. Ms. Rice believes that every child who is deaf or hard of hearing can learn to speak and is committed to developing language in her students. She believes in a differentiated and highly individualized instructional approach to ensure every student reaches his/her potential.

Ms. Rice earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Deaf Education at Illinois State University. In her free time, Ms. Rice loves reading new books and spending time with her family. ​
