Ms. Kim Mitchell

Kim Mitchell joined the Cooper Dual Language Academy staff in 2004 as a Physical Education and Health teacher.  This is her 12th year as a teacher at Cooper.  Mrs. Mitchell earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Physical Education from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse.  Mrs. Mitchell's intent is to promote fitness and health, as well as the benefits of team building, teamwork, and sportsmanship.  She likes to teach students activities and skills that they can use throughout a lifetime.

Having been born and raised in Wisconsin, Mrs. Mitchell is a Packer fan.  Sorry Bear fans! Her favorite sport is basketball, but she loves attending all sporting events. Mrs. Mitchell also loves to travel and spend time with her husband, son and adorable dog Rocky.
