Ms. Heather Beeker

Heather Beeker joined the Cooper Dual Language Academy staff in 2007 as a counselor/case manager. This is her ninth year as a counselor/case manager at Cooper, and her eleventh year as a counselor. Ms. Beeker believes that it is important to foster respect, instill responsibility, and inspire enthusiasm of learning for all students.

Ms. Beeker earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Central Michigan University and her Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Michigan State University. In her free time, Ms. Beeker loves exploring different restaurants in Chicago, running along the lakefront, spending time with friends, family, and her cat Lila.
