Mr. Oscar Alvarez

Oscar Alvarez came to Cooper in 2011 as a school assistant. This is the first school he has worked at. Mr. Alvarez believes students must grow, not just in the classroom, but also in their surroundings so they can be productive members of society. Mr. Alvarez served in the United States Marine Corps after high school.  

​After his service overseas, he earned an Associates Degree in Arts from Truman College. He enjoys going out to eat and watching movies with his family.
